What we do
Heating, cooling, and a few specialties.
Residential and commercial. Repairs, replacements, and full installs. A lot of what we do these days is high-efficiency boilers and Mitsubishi heat pumps, partly because they save real money long-term and partly because Tim's certified on them.

High-Efficiency Boilers
Navien combi-boilers, mostly. 97 to 99% efficient. Heat and hot water from one unit, which usually means you can lose the chimney.

Heat Pumps
Mitsubishi Hyper Heat is what we install. Works down to subzero. People switching from oil or propane usually see a real drop in their bills.

Central Air
New AC, condenser swaps, coil work, refrigerant. We size systems based on the actual house, not just square footage.

Furnaces
Gas and propane. New installs, repairs, and annual service. We try to troubleshoot first before recommending you replace anything.

Ductwork
New runs, repairs, sealing, rebalancing. A lot of uneven temps between rooms come down to ductwork, not the unit itself.

Gas Conversions
Switching from oil to gas, or to propane. We handle the permits, the gas line work, the equipment swap, and the inspections.

Tim Church started Blue Collar in 2018.
He set it up with one truck and the goal of staying small enough to do every job himself.
Seven years in, that's still how it works. Tim answers the phone, quotes the job, and shows up to do the install. He'll bring in a hand for the bigger boiler swaps, but the responsibility on every job is his.
